Qualifications

Consulting Writer and Editor Lola Mehlenbacher is a documentation specialist who earned a B.Ed. with Distinction from the University of Alberta and has been an invited speaker at meetings of the Society for Technical Communication and the SFU Writing and Publishing Program. She is a former senior high school English teacher, has worked as a public sector training administrator, and is a former Director of the Capital Region Housing Corporation.

coaching writers in the application of plain language principles and assessing their work
